The EXI-410-PH is ACCU-SCOPE’s newest and best-inverted phase-contrast microscope ever offered. The EXI-410-PH delivers outstanding optical performance, ergonomic design and flexibility to the research, educational and clinical fields. Reliable and a workhorse for the daily operations of tissue culture screening and advanced observation methods. The EXI-410 features a newly designed NIS60 infinity-corrected optical path with long working distance Plan Achromat Phase Objectives. An extra-long working distance condenser comes standard with the base model. Infinity S APO and Infinity Plan Fluorite Objectives are offered as upgrades when the ultimate in imaging is demanded. Offering a quintuple side facing nosepiece for easy rotation and visibility of the objectives. The mechanical stage offers low positioned X-Y coaxle controls and a large focusing knob with finger indent controls set low to the work surface, allows for minimal hand movement and stress-free operation.
A large variety of stage accessories are available for most applications including; petri dish holders, hemacytometer and glass slide holder, terasaki holder and a well clamper. The EXI-410-PH offers two photo ports as a high quality inverted microscope should. This makes the ACCU-SCOPE EXI-410-PH is an excellent choice for adding live video streaming and computer viewing when packaged with one of our HDMI digital cameras and or digital cameras with LCD screen. Browser mouse controls and on-screen toolbars are included with HDMI cameras. All systems include comprehensive software for photo editing, image stitching, labeling, measuring, etc.

With the new on-board firmware, Excelis 600-HD Series cameras have three great new features:
CALIBRATION: With this new tool, a variety of measuring tools can be utilized to measure line, distance, angle, length, circumference and area to 1/100 microns. These precision measurements can be performed and saved on the HD view!
MASK: Use this tool to temporarily cover portions of an image to highlight an area for demonstrating or explaining.
RULER: Overlay a ruler with an X and Y scale on the image.
NOTE: Previous versions of the Excelis AU-600-HD or AU-600-HDS cameras cannot be upgraded with the new features.
